Scout Gaming Prepares for Asian Push with Dafabet
Tech-savvy company Scout Gaming specializes in the development of daily fantasy sports (DFS) games. The company recently signed a deal with Dafabet that will last for several years. Dafabet is a bookmaker popular in the Asian gambling market.
More about the Deal
Dafabet will utilize the DFS platform Scout provides to create an impressive experience to customers as early as 2019. The list of gaming markets has yet to be decided, but an expansion in India in 2018 has benefited Scout tremendously. This was due to the 2018 Indian Premier League Twenty20 Tournament. The tournament catered to several DFS fans in India.
Scout recently tested the waters in this market with its Indian partner, StarPick. Scout has now made the decision to expand its company with Dafabet. Scout remains confident that it will continue to achieve success and sees the new partnership as mutually beneficial. StarPick has already started expanding its platform for fantasy sports in several overseas markets. Jaokim Renman, Scout Gaming’s commercial director, says that StarPick has provided the company great leeway and makes it easier to see the market’s potential.
Renman also acknowledged that DFS was Scout’s flagship offer, which proved to be a worthwhile investment. When describing future opportunities, Renman said the Asian DFS market had lots of potential. This gives Scout Gaming the incentive to pursue the market and appeal to new gamers. He also pointed out that Scout achieved success with a number of products and verticals. However, he asserts that Scout Gaming wants to focus on DFS for now.
Dafabet responded favorably to the business partnership with Scout Gaming as well. Dafabet’s marketing head, Nikos Diakoumopoulos, confirmed that DFS has great potential. He also stated that this would have a huge effect on diversifying Dafabet’s portfolio.
Scout Gaming can offer significant benefits to its partners since the company’s tech developer taps into a talent base that is truly global. The organization has offices in Norway, Stockholm, Ukraine, and Malta.
Dafabet is based in the Phillippines and is far from Scout’s headquarters. However, Scout Gaming is confident that they’ll have what it takes to deliver great products to gamers. One reason for Scout’s positive outlook is that they are nearly unchallenged in the Asian market. Scout is known for bringing exciting and innovative deals to the gaming industry. These deals are one reason the organization is seen as a top gaming provider. In December 2018, Scout Gaming was recognized at the SBC Awards by winning the Best DFS Product award. This recognition is likely to continue as Asian gamers increase their enthusiasm for DFS.
